DAY 1: ARRIVE IN – NEW YORK

Airport Pick-up Informa on:

● We provide complimentary airport pick-up from JFK AIRPORT and LaGuardia Airport to the Hotel at
Times Square.
● The addi onal transfer cost for Newark (EWR) Airport is $50 for a sedan (2 passengers) and $80 for
a van (up to 4 passengers).
● Once you reach the baggage claim, please call the driver’s number provided on the voucher. The
driver will inform you of the mee ng point.
● Meet and Greet is available at an addi onal cost of $49 in New York Airports.
● Important Note: For smooth arrival and departure transfers, please provide guest flight details and
a valid roaming or WhatsApp phone number at least two weeks before the departure date.

Welcome to New York City, the place of skyscrapers and history and where culture mingles with its
people.
● When you check into the Luxurious property, experience a world-class New York hotel in the center
of the World’s most visited tourist a rac on area of New York.
Check-in is at 4 p.m. in NY. If you arrive at the Hotel earlier than 4 p.m., please leave your luggage at
the bell check/luggage assistance and roam through Times Square. At check-in, The Hotel will ask for
Credit cards for incidentals. The Hotel will accept credit cards only in the guest’s name. The only
cards accepted are Interna onal credit/debit cards, such as Master Card, Visa, American Express, and
Discovery Card. If there are no incidental charges, the Hotel will release the hold from the credit card
within three weeks. Everyone takes a zero-balance statement at check out.
● Meet your tour manager at 7 p.m. in the hotel lobby to start the Tour.
● Walk for 10 minutes in Times Square and enjoy a delicious dinner at an Indian restaurant—a
perfect way to relax a er a long journey and introduce yourself to all the group members. After
Dinner, enjoy free me at TIMES SQUARE (on your own) to see the city in ac on at night. Times
Square is at its most spectacular after dark!
